The building will be RCC framed structure with columns, plinth beams, lintels and roof Beams etc. The roof is at 10′ level, lintel at 7′ level and windows sill at 3′ level from the Finished flooring. All reinforced cement concrete work will consist of 20mm correct size Hard blue granite metal without flakes and river sand confirming to Is code. Necessary pucca shuttering of water tightness shall be provided. Necessary codal provisions should be followed for removal of shuttering, All reinforcement work shall consist of good quality HYSD bars for main reinforcement and mild steel bars for stirrups for columns, beams, Lintels and other reinforcement cement works.
